Out of the box, you need to charge it up. But don’t worry, the wall-charging process is super fast! You can get fully charged in about an hour. I like the many charging options (wall, solar, and car). The 200W Solar Panels (part of the package) are bulky and heavy, but that is understandable because they pull in 200W. The combined outgoing 1200W is great if you have a variety of devices you want to connect. Also, having a smartphone app to remotely (WiFi and Bluetooth) get the status of the UGREEN PowerRoam 1200 is extremely helpful. The PowerRoam is very easy to use and the color display provides great info on the battery state and the incoming/outgoing wattage.
