Who says that we can’t do a Podcast on a Monday? Well, I guess that I did last week but that was during the day. For our “Happy Father’s Day” episode of Cast of Dads, we did our recording a bit later on a Monday, and lubed up our voices, creativity and topics with a few beers. And I recorded the entire podcast while BBQing some chicken! This is our FIRST (but not last) Father’s Day episode of Cast of Dads and I will bet we could have kept talking another hour or so.

Father’s Day is special in so many ways. For starters, it is a time to celebrate your Dad. But it is also a time for Dads to reflect back on being a father. Sometimes, the process of just telling your Dad that you love them and thank them for all of the hard work they have done for you is a gift unto itself. Being a dad is a privilege and an honor, and definitely a life-long responsibility. I would like wish ALL of the current and future dads out there the best of Father’s Day, and especially to my Dad as well!
