In Cast of Dads episode #25 titled “The Russians Are Coming“, we just couldn’t stop talking. Our podcast is pretty loosely structured, frequently we have only 1-2 topics that we plan to talk about ahead of time, but some days we just go without any planning whatsoever and just see what directions the subjects take us.
I had just returned from back-to-back weekends of camping WITHOUT technology (gasp, that’s right). It was actually a good experience for me to detach from all of the tech that influences my life and reconnect with my family, friends and nature (I’m not THAT detached though…I don’t think). However, I had to make sure that I made a statement about “tech” while I was camping so this was the uniform I wore on both camping trips:
With thunderstorms looming on DaddyBrad’s horizon, me having experienced an small earthquake in San Francisco, and a lot of discussion about movies (isn’t the summer when you catch up on them?), we definitely had a lot of fun meandering through a variety of topics!
